SIGO's vision is to proclaim Christ by training native leaders to reach Karnataka state and also South India.

Although we motivate and encourage "on the spot" training. From time to time, special training will be given, as staff and building facilities are available. We also maintain a library for new converts, consisting of books audios and videos for the convenience of village evangelists. After pioneer work, we train rural leaders who in future will be the shepherds of their village

SIGO's tailoring classes were started decades ago to empower people towards being self-employed or to start as a tailor in textile industries. Training classes were given to selected students, teaching them from scratch about tailoring and providing tailoring machines.

From early 2020 many people were affected by COVID 19 and some of them affected by floods at the same time in the south of India where there was a need, SIGO helped those who are most affected by these catastrophes.
